Groton's First Community Dinner

 

 

Groton Community Dinners is a new initiative by a number of community groups in and around Groton, MA.

Our goals are both to provide nourishment and to strengthen the bonds of community.

       A free workshop for new gardeners is being offered at 130 Skyfields Drive in Groton.  The workshop, by Roger Temple, will stress the basics as well as time and energy saving techniques. Roger is an agronomist and expert gardner. Co-sponsored with Groton Local, Groton Agriculture Commission, and Groton Grange.

This good sized red is the perfect combination of tart and sweet, wonderful for salads and slicing.  This is just one of several tomato varieties, as well as eggplants, peppers and other veggies that will be available for sale outside the Clover Farm Market on Saturday, May 23, from 9-1 (Clover Farm Market,9 West Main Street,W.
